We do not allow dogs, cats or similar pets. We may allow smaller birds, fish and other caged or confined pets. Please check with our manager and receive written permission before bringing in any pet.
The security deposit may be as low as $
600.00, plus $35.00 gate remote deposit (each), $20.00 key deposit (each set) on approved credit, employment and rental history.In an effort to provide the best environment for all tenants & their families, we ask all potential adult tenants to meet these guidelines:
1) A recent verifiable rental or housing history of at least one year.
2) Been with current or prior employer at least one year. Recent graduates may use education to partly fulfill this requirement.
3) Have verifiable income and debt ratios that meet or exceed our standard.
4) No eviction or recent bankruptcy in your rental history.
5) Provide us with proper Government issued identification.
6) Completely fill out an Application and pay a credit check application fee.

Click on the link above to get the resident application form. When the Application has loaded, print the pages using your browser's print button. You should have a 2 or 3 page document depending on your printer and paper settings. The default is set for standard letter size paper on an inkjet or laser type printer. It prints best in Internet Explorer 5 -7. Then send by Fax, or regular Mail to our address on the application. Be sure to have all proposed adult residents each fill out a separate application and sign the last page. Federal law requires us to obtain a copy of a valid government issued Identification Card to prove your identity. For more details see Our Privacy Policy below
All applications will be held on file until credit check fees are paid. $25.00 per individual adult.
All applications become property of Plaza Woods Apartments.
Applications that are incomplete or illegible will not be processed.
Potential applicants will be notified of their status within 5 business days via email or telephone call from our offices.
All your personal information is kept confidential. Your personal information will never be sold by us. Your private information is kept in a secure location with limited access. In order to check your credit, your information will be sent to credit report providers. Those firms will acquire information about you and may utilize that data. about you. You should contact them directly for their privacy policy.
